LinkedIn launches the power of community campaign
LinkedIn an American business and employment-oriented online services have recently aired a campaign, following the brands in line who are bringing new campaigns and initiatives in order to help people at such hard times when people need to understand and value the importance of community and its sentiments. One step towards it LinkedIn has brought out a campaign that very well fits with the idea of the power of Community . The campaign has been titled #In It together which brings the sense of how people and communities are proving to be effective in order to create an atmosphere where professionals stay productive and relevant during these uncertain times.
The brand brings in to light the diverse potential of India’s 66+ million members on LinkedIn, The brand campaign brings out the real-life stories of real members who are at different stages of their career and how they are bringing a change in themselves so they can adopt this new environment .
A close environment study by LinkedIn has revealed the fact that people who have more and more networks are open to more opportunities coming there way. When a difficult situation like this is prevalent around and it also poses a threat to the way work is done it is the Network and platform like LinkedIn which finally can be called for rescue . The people featuring in the video draw the viewer’s mind how LinkedIn has been an answer to the problem which they were facing in terms of connecting with Individuals and creating a strong network base and also to upskill, tap into conversations and glean insights that matter today.

- Manasa Kumar, Growth Marketing Specialist at Fresh works- Seeking Fresh counsels on sales , he met his coach on LinkedIn
- Abhishek Mazumdar, Co-Founder, The Logical Indian- Abhishek created a LinkedIn post to share vital tips that could prevent members from being laid off
The nationwide lockdown has made people shoot this campaign at remote which made this campaign unique in itself. The members were provided with all the needful resources and most importantly people could understand the power of community .
