 Burger King India Launches New Campaign With Old Jokes

Burger King India has recently launched a new commercial with the Bollywood actor, Rahul Bose who has stormed Twitter earlier with his tweet on how Star Hotels charge for Bananas.

The commercial is set in a pre-lockdown scenario where he visits the Burger King junction and tastes the Paneer Rice Bowl and gets awestruck when he hears the price of the bowl is just Rs 99. He talks about how wholesome and tasty the bowl is. The ad aims to show that the price remains the same, just like the ad and the joke.

The ad starts with an image of the banana and a pun, after which his infamous tweet is shown and then Rahul enters the scene. The ad is full of puns and revolves around the slogan “Going Bananas” and the ad ends with a note “Old Ad, Old joke, and Old Price.”
