 Coca-Cola Launches Its New “The Great Meal” Ad

Coca-Cola, the world’s leading beverage brand launches its new ad during this pandemic. This is their first ad in this lockdown times. The ad was created by Anamoly and directed by Kim Gehrig.

The ad “The Great Meal” explores the kitchens of various diverse families from Orlando, Lisbon, Kiev, London, Mumbai, Shanghai, and Mexico. The ad talks about how we got lost together in this pandemic yet discovered ourselves and rekindled our bonds with our families through food. When the world stopped, we knew where to go and that was our respective homes.

The commercial is voiced by actress Soleil Patterson. The ad tells that from here on we have to savor the moments we already have because that is what counts in these critical times. It also shows the role Coke plays in various households. It is a factor of Joy among people and an essential part of their meal.

The ad brings out a sense of togetherness with their slogan “Together tastes better” and makes us realize that what we need in this tough time is our family and loved ones who are always around us. The soundtrack is from the Grammy-nominated album “Welcome to Mali” by Mali duo Amaduo and Mariam.

The 90-second commercial brings a sense of joy, togetherness, and love which is exactly what we need to push through this pandemic.
