Housing.com Rolls Out New Campaign ‘Sukoon Se Sukoon Ko Dhoondo’ Digitally
A real estate portal Housing.com has launched its new digital campaign, “Sukoon se Sukoon ko Dhoondo.” The campaign is a part of a series of actions launched by the company to help users continue with their home search plans despite the restrictions caused by the pandemic. The campaign video is the first edition of the upcoming series, launched primarily on digital and social media channels.
The video talks about the various features on the portal that enable buyers to not only find their ideal homes using a mobile app but also to conclude a significant part of the purchase process on the app while staying at their haven, which is their home.
The campaign is likely to reach out to over 10 million customers and help them find a property from the comfort of their living rooms.
The company had also launched a COVID CARE package for its broker clients to support them during the period of national lockdown that would help tenants maintain social distancing norms, Housing.com had earlier launched a Pay Rent feature on its mobile app through which tenants can make their rent payment using their credit cards.
After a survey for about a month by the Elara Technologies-owned portal the campaign comes, which revealed that real estate remained the preferred asset class among investors in India. In the Consumer Sentiment Survey, jointly conducted by Housing Research and industry body NAREDCO, 35% of participants voted in favor of real estate as their preferred asset class as against gold (28%), fixed deposits (22%) and stocks (16%).
